Too often, bartending services rush through the experience, overlooking the details that truly matter. We take the time to understand our clients’ vision, obsess over the small details, and deliver the level of service that meaningful events deserve.

How far in advance do I have to reserve your services?
We suggest reserving your date as soon as your event is confirmed. At least 2 weeks advanced notice is ideal, but don’t be afraid to contact us at the last minute; we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What items or bar supplies will the bartender(s) bring?
The final quantities depend on the size and style of your event. Once you secure your package with us, we include a personalized beverage planning guide designed to help you purchase the exact amount of alcohol needed, no waste, no guesswork.
Will you provide your services as a cash bar?
No. Unfortunately, Tropical Twist Bartending, LLC cannot sell alcohol.
How many bartenders do I need?
We recommend (1) bartender for every 75 guests.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes! We carry a $1,000,000 Liquor Liability insurance and a 1,000,000 General Liability insurance.
How much alcohol do I need to purchase?
Alcohol quantities vary based on event size. With the purchase of any of our packages, you will receive a complimentary customized beverage guide to determine exactly how much alcohol to purchase.
What will the bartender(s) wear?
Our bartender(s) will dress according to the type of event you are having.
Is gratuity or tips included in your packages?
We offer our customers two options: Hosted Gratuity or Guest Gratuity. Hosted Gratuity is for the customer or host who do not want their guests tipping. The host will pay $75 per staff member. If the host chooses the option of Guest Gratuity, then a tip jar is placed on the bar for guests to tip.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
